On 19 November, volunteers from the NGO Y t\u00fa en \u00c1frica travelled to Senegal with supplies for treating a complex ulcer on the lower limb of a patient treated at their rural clinic in Casamance. After an initial assessment of the patient, we have organised an initial shipment of advanced wound care dressings and will be collaborating with the local healthcare team at Y t\u00fa en \u00c1frica in monitoring the patient.
